Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is a good example of gardening traditions from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It’s a representation of a Ming scholar’s residence. It’s located at 578 Carrall Street in Vancouver’s Chinatown in British Colombia. The garden was built in 1985–1986 to bridge and build the understanding of Chinese and Western cultures. China Beach

China Beach is a short little hike of first-growth forest Sitka spruce, Douglas fir and western red cedar. After Mystic we had some time remaining so we opted to check out China as well.
